Absence from Lessons (Group Classes – PVS, TTS, HBS)

• For group classes, we do not offer makeup lessons in the event of any student absence.
• Absence credits policy
  For every Full-Term Fee-paying student, he/she will be entitled to absence credits for absence in that term. The awarded absence credits can only be used to offset future term fee, and is not transferrable or refundable as cash.
  In the event that absence credits are utilized for term fee payment, that particular term would not be eligible for absence credits.
  • PVS Group student : Maximum 2 absence credits given per term
  • TTS, HBS Group Student : Maximum 3 absence credits given per term

Absence from Lessons (Individual Classes)

For rescheduling of individual classes, students are required to notify our school at least one working day in advance. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being charged as per scheduled.

Validity of Paid Lessons

• Group Classes – mid-term suspension is susceptible to written request approval, and may not be fully redeemable in value.
• Individual Classes – paid lessons are to be completed within a period of 3 months. Unused lessons beyond the dateline will be forfeited, or reinstate by the payment of a new term fee.
• All paid lessons are non-transferable by service or to another person
